Our code of conduct
Ecotruck Pooling is built on trust between shippers and carriers. This code of conduct sets out the principles every member agrees to follow.

Identity verification
To guarantee the reliability of our community, pseudonyms are not accepted. We automatically verify your phone number and e-mail address, and we may ask you to confirm certain information before your profile is validated.

Regulatory compliance (carriers)
Every carrier agrees to hold all legal authorisations, up-to-date administrative documents, a valid driving licence and valid insurance required for the transport activity they offer.

Rating system and trust
Every co-transport results in a mutual review between shipper and carrier. This star rating system helps you identify the most reliable members and make an informed choice.

Moderation
To guarantee a safe environment, we moderate photos and comments published on the platform. Any racist, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour results in a personalised warning; beyond three reports, the account is permanently excluded. Please contact us if you notice any inappropriate behaviour.

Confidentiality
Your phone number is only shared with the other party once a booking is made. Our internal messaging system lets you communicate with complete confidentiality without disclosing your personal information until you choose to.
